Domestic Violence Awareness Month- Day of Unity

“The Native Alliance Against Violence is excited to announce our annual Domestic Violence Awareness Month Day of Unity event will be on October 1, 2024 from 5:00pm – 7:00pm. Located at C3 Cross Connection Church (329 N. Pesotum Shawnee, OK,) this event is a fall-themed Harvest Festival and Resource Fair. Our theme this year is “Unify Our Collective Power” which we chose to highlight because it emphasizes social support and the importance of community interconnectedness for preventing and responding to domestic violence. Join us for a family-friendly evening featuring information booths, table games, snacks, face painting, and more! The first 100 attendees will receive a free t-shirt.
